Almost just as good as training with me in person, my online coaching services is broken down into three levels:

Bronze Level:

 

  • -monthly exercise program (individually tailored based on your needs, goals and current ability)
  • -introduction to new exercises
  • -membership to the JKC Online Training Community, a private Facebook group and a place for questions and a chance to network with other online clients

Silver Level:

 

  • -monthly programming (individually tailored based on your needs, goals and current ability)
  • -exercise “How-to” handouts
  • -video analysis/critique of exercise technique via Skype or emailed videos
  • -nutritional recommendations and food log analysis
  • -membership to the JKC Online Training Community, a private Facebook group and a place for questions and a chance to network with other online clients
  • -biweekly phone/Skype consult, if needed
  • -weekly email consult, if needed

Gold Level:

I only have so much time in the day to devote to my online training clients. So in order for me to do my best work, I can only accept a few more clients, as most of the spots are already taken.

I require a 4-month commitment and monthly installments are due at the beginning of each 30-day period. Rates differ between levels and you can drop out within the first 30-days if you are not satisfied with the service.
