Angie Hurley, BAET, Bkin, CSCS, CAT(C), is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Certified Athletic Therapist (CATA), and has attained National Coaching Certification Program trained status for Olympic Weightlifting.
For the last 2 years, Angie has been living and working in Victoria, BC as a Strength Coach and Athletic Therapist.
Over this time, she has been on the field or rink, in the clinic, and in the gym with a wide variety of athletes and general population serving National teams (rowing, field hockey, and ringette), universities, office workers, weekend warriors, new mothers and aging adults. She completed a strength and conditioning internship with Canadian Sport Institute Pacific’s Canadian Sport School.
In 2012, Angie completed her Bachelor’s of Kinesiology at Memorial University and in 2016, she completed a Bachelor of Athletic and Exercise Therapy at Camosun College, Victoria, B.C. After graduating she was an Athletic Therapist for Carleton Ravens football in Ottawa and the historic Trail Smoke Eaters Jr A hockey franchise in Trail, BC.
Outside of work, Angie’s other interests include volunteering, being outside near the ocean, reading, playing hockey, and Olympic weightlifting.
